Are you ready to get upside down?  If you are comfortable kicking up into a handstand against the wall and want to work toward balancing in the middle of the room, then this workshop is for you.
We’ll start by learning intelligent and specific alignment cues during our warm-up flow so when we go upside down, we know how to stabilize and engage the body’s midsection in order to find more strength, freedom and balance on our hands. We’ll learn different ways to kick up, look at handstand transitions and maybe even dabble in fun variations like press ups! 
Matt Strobel has been doing Capoeira for 15 years, and has an intensive handstand practice.  We are fortunate to have him at RPF.
