This class is movement centered around body awareness and flow. The linking of this foundational groundwork creates numerous opportunities to expand into all levels of advanced and aerial acrobatics. 

Foundations in Soft Acrobatics, will cover kips, fish flops, shoulder transitions, macaco (monkey flip), cartwheels and cartwheel variations, shoulder rolls, and more. 

This workshop is open to all levels, beginner friendly with room for more experienced movers to explore. We will re-familiarize ourselves with the ground, starting in a rooted manner and expanding our movements into combinations and flow. 

Wear comfortable athletic clothing, long pants and a comfortable athletic shirt would be appropriate.
