This class will focus on novelty elements of pole dance, all while learning and incorporating foundational moves and tricks. While the fitness aspect of pole is fun, the dance side of it can not only challenging, but also fun! This class will focus on gesturing, musicality, and developing personal flow and styles. This will be a sweat-tastic class. Expect to work hard and break out of your comfort zone!
