Do you feel like a newborn calf when you strap on your stilettos?  Don’t fear, Laura is here!  
This class is for the beginner heel student in mind. Learn Liquid Motion heel technique to stand tall and walk confidently without the Pole. Students will learn heel specific conditioning, technique for seamless walking, and leggy floorwork to train your point. 
Even if you are seasoned, there is always something to learn.  
7-8 inch heels recommended
